The Cleland Group staff worked closely with the Morrison Ranch in-house landscape architect and their staff to develop construction documents and provide construction observation on the development of two phases of this agricultural themed project.
- Agrarian / agricultural themed design
- Large open spaces utilized for recreation and the conveyance of drainage
- Use of effluent irrigation for the turf medians and front yards
- Large central open space with smaller pocket parks
- Mixed density residential development
- Effluent lake and water feature design
- Entry monuments, seat nodes, paver and thematic lighting design
