Daniel Cleland, RLA, led the design team through the research and design of the resort theming and improvements.
- 4 Star Resort including Kiva gathering areas, canal system, entry feature, directional signage and culturally sensitive outdoor spaces
- Study of the Gila River Corridor for historic significance and riparian plant biomes
- Development of a canal representation of the Gila River Corridor and walking trail throughout the resort.
- Entry monument and directional signage
